F.A.Q.’s:
Do I really need pool service?
Yes. Your pool water needs to be measured and balanced, your equipment needs to maintained and programmed, and your hardscape (plaster, deck, surface) needs to be inspected and repaired regularly. Whether you do all this weekly or you hire Prism Pool Pros, it needs to be done to enjoy a safe swimming pool.
Are filter cleanings included in the monthly price?
No. Filters should be thoroughly washed and both the cartridges and tanks inspected to ensure ideal operation and filtration. We charge $120 and perform filter cleanings as-necessary (typically 2-3 times per year).
How will I know that somebody has been by to service my pool?
You will most likely see the work that your Pool Pro did in the form of a clean pool but as the saying goes: inspect what you expect. We email a Service Report after each visit with details on readings, dosages, and notes so you can be sure our Pro came by for service or completed your repair as-ordered.

Does Prism Pool Pros do repairs or remodels?
At Prism Pool Pros we are your complete pool partner. From plaster to pumps, we can advise, install, repair, and remodel. We don’t build pools but once they’re built, we can do everything to keep them trouble-free and enjoyable.
Can Prism Pool Pros service my above-ground pool or spa?
Above-ground swimming pool systems are similar to in-ground but different enough that we only consult on these systems. Think apples and oranges- both fruit but very different. We are happy to offer Chemical-Only Service on these pools.
I don’t need monthly service, just a clean-up or one-time service, can Prism Pool Pros do that?
Start-ups, inspections, cleanups, repairs, remodels, and much more. At Prism Pool Pros we are happy to meet to discuss whatever service you may need, whether that’s ongoing or one-time.
